Kitti Majorán is an award-winning marketing strategist and the co-founder of EN-ABLE.
After graduating with a Distinction in international marketing at the master’s level from Edinburgh Napier University in 2021, Kitti gained work experience in a multi-award-winning marketing team and established EN-ABLE in early 2023.
Today, Kitti is a top brand strategy voice on LinkedIn and a brand strategy guest expert at the Business Gateway, the largest organisation in the UK to support start-ups.
In addition, Kitti is a guest lecturer in Strategic Brand Management at Edinburgh Napier University and the 2024 recipient of the Marketing 2.0 Outstanding Leadership Award which she won for her contribution to the field of international marketing and advertising.
As a Hungarian born in Transylvania (Romania) and having lived as an expat for most of her life, Kitti is very passionate about languages and international business.

Paul Carson is an automation and AI expert for business growth and the co-founder of EN-ABLE.
After graduating with a Distinction in Physiotherapy at the master’s level from Queen Margaret University in 2021, Paul worked as a practising physiotherapist before joining Kitti in building EN-ABLE.
Paul established all automated systems for EN-ABLE before training as a marketing strategist under Kitti.
Today, Paul helps clients save time by streamlining their branding, marketing, lead generation, and operation processes.
Originally from Scotland and having lived in 7 different countries, Paul loves exploring and considers himself a global nomad.
